LG’s Robots Are Learning to Clean, Stack and Assemble as NVIDIA Collaboration Deepens

Inside LG’s 10,000-square-meter Data Factory in Seoul, hundreds of robots will help generate 100,000 hours of training data as the company expands its push into physical AI and robotics

Imagine a robot learning to clean a home by doing the task again and again, while another practices moving, stacking and assembling parts on a simulated factory floor.

These are some of the tasks taking place at LG Electronics’ new Data Factory in Seoul, where the company is bringing together decades of manufacturing and logistics know-how with NVIDIA’s robotics technologies to train and continuously improve robots.
