Aki Sumulong, the new Operations Director; Joey Yusingco, the new Head of Marketing; and Jett Dizon, the new Head of Sales, have recently assumed their positions at Jobstreet by SEEK’s main office, effective immediately.

Aki Sumulong has more than 10 years of experience in the operations field, working with various major companies such as Lalamove, a leading logistics app and company, and automobile giant Mitsubishi. In her new role as Jobstreet by SEEK’s Operations Director, she plans to ensure that the platform continues to deliver the promise of bringing substantial job matches for Filipino job seekers by enhancing user experience, elevating customer support, and developing innovation and strategic partnerships for the company.

“I am honored to join a team that is committed to enhancing the job-seeking and hiring experience for both candidates and employers,” shared Sumulong. “My primary goal is to ensure that our platform continues to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction to our candidates, hirers, and fellow Jobstreet employees, while also contributing to the nation-building efforts towards a positive and productive working life for every Filipino.”

Joey Yusingco is no stranger to developing innovative marketing strategies for some of the country’s iconic major corporations. He holds more than a decade of experience in the realm of marketing, working with major corporations such as SM, leading travel booking site KKday, and online grocery app Honestbee. In his new role as Head of Marketing at Jobstreet by SEEK, he will develop initiatives that provide guidance and resources for many job seekers, particularly the youth, while highlighting the importance of early career development.

“I look forward to encouraging and supporting young people to enter the workforce and contribute to the economy. “By emphasizing skills training, mentorship, and access to job opportunities, I aim to make it easier and more appealing for young people to start their careers,” Yusingco commented, sharing his insight on the country’s current job market for the youth.

Before joining the Jobstreet by SEEK team, Jett Dizon has long overseen the development of sales and business for many top companies such as Lalamove, major construction entity EEI Corporation, Manila Water, and the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies. As Head of Sales, Dizon plans to enhance the capabilities of the platform’s commercial team through sales enablement and development, providing more value and exceptional customer service to Jobstreet’s clients.

“In my new role as Head of Sales, I plan to fulfill my desire to help more people by providing career opportunities and supporting the growth of businesses in our country,” Dizon shared.

With its new team members leading the sales, marketing, and operations, Jobstreet by SEEK continues taking on the mission of driving employment to millions of Filipinos, further improving the company’s role as a career and talent partner for all future job-seekers.
