ManageEngine Predicts Securing AI Systems as a Top IT Trend for 2020

ManageEngine, the IT management division of Zoho Corp, has collated a list of six significant trends in the IT management industry in 2020.

“Thanks to the emergence of new technologies and the continued evolution of established ones, the way people work will change in 2020,” said Rajesh Ganesan, vice president at ManageEngine. "IT departments will see privacy, security and cost management strategies, along with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), play pivotal roles."

ManageEngine, the IT management division of Zoho Corporation, today announced that the cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus, its flagship IT service management solution, now includes Zia, Zoho's AI assistant as a virtual IT support agent. Zia can answer simple questions, perform service desk operations, and interact with third-party apps, reducing response times and boosting technician efficiency. End users and technicians can chat with Zia in a conversational interface, or converse with Zia Voice to access more than a dozen out-of-the-box Zia actions, as well as any custom Zia actions created by service desk teams.

ManageEngine Introduces User and Entity Behavior Analytics in its SIEM Solution

ManageEngine, the real-time IT management company, today announced that it has introduced user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA) into its SIEM solution, Log360. With score-based risk assessment, threat corroboration, anomaly detection powered by machine learning, and other new capabilities, the Log360 UEBA add-on helps security professionals identify, qualify, and investigate internal threats and anomalies by extracting more information from logs for better context.
