m360 exec maps out communication landscape at CEO Summit

Faster digital adoption has led to a “seismic shift” in the way people communicate and consume information, an executive of Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging platform m360 said at a summit of business leaders held in April.

At the CEO Summit 2022 in Baguio City, m360 COO Ramon Hirang led a discussion on the theme “Generation-less Digital Experience: The Seismic Change in Leadership and Consumer Behavior.”

“There is no doubt that recent events have accelerated digital adoption, and one of the seismic changes that support this behavior is the shift from “digital-natives” only to “generation-less” channel preferences,” he said at the summit, referring to how the pandemic hastened the digital pivot across all fronts.
