Globe SIM registration via GlobeOne App now open

Globe customers can now register their SIMs through the GlobeOne app, another convenient and accessible option to comply with the SIM Registration Act.

By making SIM registration available on the app, Globe hopes to expand reach to its subscribers and finish registration of roughly 86.7 million SIM users under the Globe network by the April 26, 2023 deadline. As of February 22, Globe has logged over 14.47 million registrations.

“We have made the GlobeOne app available for SIM registration to provide an easy and convenient platform for our customers to register. Through the app, you’ll be able to complete your registration in three easy steps! What’s more, you will also get to access exclusive offers, and the best deals and rewards available only on the app. We encourage our customers to plan and schedule their SIM registration as early as they can,” said Darius Delgado, Globe Consumer Mobile Business Head.

Redeem life-enabling GCash vouchers via the new GlobeOne app!

Don’t know what to do with your Globe Rewards points? Good news!  You can now use them to redeem life-enabling GCash vouchers via the new GlobeOne app.

Easily redeem GCash Pay QR vouchers to enjoy bill discounts with partner merchants like Generika Drugstore and Shell.  You can also save money with the P20 GCash Buy Load voucher to top up your prepaid account.

If you prefer a cash equivalent, just choose GSave Coins for 10 Rewards points or P50 GCash Credits for 50 points.

Globe informs customers of service response slowdown as Covid cases surge in NCR, encourages use of digital channels

As Covid infections keep rising every day, Globe is not spared from the challenges as many of its employees and vendor partners are either getting sick or have to go on leave to take care of sick loved ones.   

"Even as we strive to maintain our service level standards,  the reality is that our employees and partners are also human beings.  They go through the same challenges as members of the community with rising infections. We sincerely ask for the understanding of our customers," said Beck Eclipse, Globe Chief Customer Experience Officer.  

Globe continues to enhance its contactless digital channels to ensure that essential services are up and available amid the surge in Covid cases. Upgrades are done regularly to introduce new features and ensure readiness to support customers. 

"We are encouraging our customers to utilize our digital channels in the safety of their homes. We continue to innovate on all our channels so we can serve them at this time when they need us most," added Eclipse.
