Teleperformance in the Philippines earns back-to-back ISO certifications

Present in the ceremony to receive the ISO certifications were Rahul Jolly, Chief Executive Officer of Teleperformance Philippines; Cresenciano Maramot, Managing Director of SGS Philippines and Guam; Daniel Julien, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Teleperformance Group; and Agustin Grisanti, Global Chief Operations Officer of Teleperformance Group. The certifications underscore Teleperformance’s commitment to employee well-being and environmentally sustainable business practices

Teleperformance and De La Salle-CSB partners for deaf inclusion in the workplace

Marking a groundbreaking step towards deaf inclusion in the workplace, Teleperformance (TP) in the Philippines and the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde have formalized a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing at the TP Ayala site in December.

The partnership with the Benilde Deaf School (BDS) marks a pivotal moment in the journey of the first and largest Great Place to Work company towards advancing the organization’s diversity, inclusion, and equity (DE&I) policies. The MOA includes a comprehensive program to train Deaf interns and equip them with the necessary tools for their integration into the workforce.

Teleperformance bags nine awards, re-enters longest and largest awards program in Europe

Teleperformance, a global leader in digital business services, bagged nine awards at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) in December.

The recognition was awarded to TP by “the longest running and largest awards programme in the customer contact industry.” In 2022, Teleperformance bagged eight awards at the prestigious program. 

The organization’s ECCCSA awards this year include the following:

Teleperformance’s achievement in the Philippines Best Workplaces™ in IT-BPM was made possible by the company’s certification as a Great Place to Work for six straight years. 

Teleperformance (TP) in the Philippines, a multi-awarded global digital business service company, made it to the top of the country’s first industry list of the Philippines Best Workplaces™ in information technology and business process management (IT-BPM).

The high-profile list, curated by the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and Great Place to Work®, recognizes people-first companies catering to and excelling in different sub-sectors, such as, but not limited to, business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology (IT) & software development. Teleperformance holds HIV advocacy exchange with Papua New Guinea delegation

Over the years, Teleperformance has successfully provided free and confidential testing to over a thousand employees across 23 sites throughout the country.

Teleperformance (TP), a recipient of the Philippines Best Workplaces™ award, held a learning exchange with Papua New Guinea’s Key Population Advocacy Consortium (KPAC) and other organizations under its umbrella, at the Teleperformance Vertis North Site. 

In partnership with the Department of Health (DOH), through the Project Red Ribbon Care Management Foundation, the company had a dialogue with KPAC regarding the latter’s implementation of community-led services for HIV-affected individuals in Papua New Guinea. Teleperformance also shared the organizational-wide effort to establish a program that destigmatizes safe sex and promotes HIV screening and awareness among employees.

Teleperformance marks newest milestone with first business site in Cavite

 

After 24 years of operations in the country, Teleperformance will be opening its first business site in Bacoor, Cavite. 

Teleperformance’s newest site, officially called Teleperformance Molino, is located in Bacoor City. Its recruitment center in Vista Mall has already opened its doors to applicants while the operations site will open first week of November.

In the recent launch event called “Brave New Horizon”, Teleperformance took guests on a virtual tour of its newest Recruitment Center. There was also a preview of the soon-to-open BPO operations site, which will have complete facilities from sleeping quarters, gender-neutral bathrooms, lactation rooms, a clinic, and entertainment rooms, all of these free and available for use by their employees to encourage health and safety, fun, and camaraderie in the workplace.
